Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or closely related field

Experience: 6 to 8 years

 

Responsibilities:

  • Experience in using Siebel tools and working knowledge of key areas of Siebel - Configuration, e-Scripting, Workflow, Assignment Manager, Application Administration, Siebel Communication Server, EBC, VBC, Business Services and Web Services
  • Experience in Siebel 8.1 and Siebel Consultant Certification will be an added advantage
  • 6 to 8 years of experience including at least two full life cycle implementation experience in Siebel applications
  • Experience in Order Management and Product Configurator is preferred
  • Experience in Open UI will be advantageous
  • Should be able to analyze business requirements and develop detailed functional requirements, high level and low level design
  • Good understanding of Siebel Architecture and Data Mode
  • Experience in Siebel administration related areas to work with other Siebel Administrators for setup and troubleshooting
  • Working knowledge on Oracle Database to write queries, tune queries, write oracle PL/SQL, stored procedures and ability to work with DBAs to resolve any database related issues
  • Thorough functional knowledge of the Siebel platform, well-suited for applying technical specifications to business requirements

  • Proactively work to resolve client issues and work directly and effectively with client development, testing and implementation team

  • Ability to track issues or problems to completion
  • Understand priorities and execute work accordingly and should be detailed, organized and results-oriented
  • Familiarity with full project life cycle from requirements to deployment
  • Should be multi-skilled with the acumen to adapt and learn quickly
  • Experience in financial service background will be an added advantage
