PROJECT MANAGERS (DESIGN) | | PROJECT ENGINEERS (DESIGN) |
| Engineering graduate exposure to overall project management activities of chemical / petrochemical / fertilizers / refinery / oil & gas projects preferably with an Engineering Consultant. Must have specialized knowledge of inter-discipline co-ordination, project deliverables, change control and working knowledge of project planning and cost control tools, procurement and construction practices. Write the Project Execution Plan covering objectives and priorities and the directives to be followed and constraints to be imposed on the design, procurement, erection and commissioning of the plant. Resolve grey areas in basic design parameters and design standards with the client and issue contract design data. Prepare Project Co-ordination Procedure. | |
Graduate in Engineering. Knowledge in MS project schedule, project controls and exposure to the consulting industrial design experience with high level of technical knowledge in applicable design standards and calculations. Experience in project engineering and design works, material selection, project cost estimation, preparing detailed engineering packages. Well versed in the preparation of equipment and materials specifications from drawings, developing enquiry documents, bid evaluations, purchase recommendations, procurement, vendor documents review, expediting, inspections, etc. |
PIPING DESIGN ENGINEERS | | PROCESS DESIGN ENGINEERS |

Well versed in applicable design standards and calculations in plant piping / pipeline projects. A high level of technical knowledge including but not limited to conceptual piping studies, stress analysis, development of plot plans, piping general arrangement layouts, isometrics with MTO, alignment sheets, piping material specifications, valve data sheets and field engineering etc. is required. | |
Well versed in applicable design standards and calculations. A high level of technical knowledge including but not limited to development of Process Simulation Studies, Materials and Energy Balances, Process Flow Diagrams (PFD), Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID), Hydraulic Calculations, Equipment Sizing and preparation of Data Sheets. |
ELECTRICAL DESIGN ENGINEERS | | INSTRUMENT DESIGN ENGINEERS |
| Well versed in applicable design standards and calculations including but not limited to power flow calculations, short circuit calculations, protective relay co-ordination study, power generation and transmission design involving up to 230Kv, 13.8Kv substation and distribution systems. Single line, schematic and wiring diagrams, grounding systems, lighting systems, fire alarm and detection system, and knowledge of transformers, motors and switchgear etc. is required. | | Well versed in applicable design standard and calculations including but not limited to develop and process, control philosophy, logic and wiring diagrams, instrument specifications and data sheets, sizing control valves, PRVs and orifices, control systems, PLC, DCS, ESD and SCADA is required. Shall be familiar with custody metering and leak detection (LDS) system. Also familiar with Foundation Field Bus system. |
COMMUNICATION DESIGN ENGINEERS | | MATERIAL ENGINEERS |
| Communication engineering & design experience specializing inside / outside plant, planning and designing. Communication design involving primary & secondary cable network (fiber optic / copper cables). Experience in communication network of oil & gas industries for SCADA / DACS / FXO / FXS communication, architecture and design. RCDD certified will be preferable. | | Mechanical / Electrical engineers with relevant procurement and supervisory experience, a high level of technical knowledge to work in an engineering design office environment and equally well versed in the preparation of equipment and materials specifications from drawings, developing enquiry documents, bid evaluations, purchase recommendations, procurement, vendor documents review, expediting, inspections, etc. |
PLANNING / SCHEDULING ENGINEERS | | CIVIL/STRUCTURAL DESIGN ENGINEERS |
| Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering graduate with proven experience in the relevant field. Must be able to prepare four levels of time schedules using Primavera. Proven knowledge in resource planning, development & controls. Implementation, analysis and presentation of project schedule. Controlling projects including preparation of reporting documents. Proficient in MS office applications. | | Performing civil calculations for road geometric design as per AASHTO specifications. Performing civil calculations for sizing of storm water drainage lines, potable waterlines, sanitary sewer lines and oily sewer lines, etc. Performing structural design calculations for all types of steel/concrete buildings and other structures such as roadway bridges, pipe racks, pipe bridges, all types of sanitary sewer and oily sewer structures such as STP facilities, pumping stations, lift Stations, concrete box culverts, etc. Expert in using available international softwares for such as STAAD PRO and others. |
PIPELINE / PIPING DESIGNERS | | ELECTRICAL DESIGNERS |
| BSc or Diploma in Mechanical Engg. with 8 to 15 years of relevant experience in pipeline design drafting using Microstation / AutoCADD, experience in plan & profile, layout drawings, approach drawings, alignment sheets, pipeline crossing design, bill of quantity, etc. Thorough knowledge in conceptual, basic and detailed engineering. Working experience in CAD-3D software like PDS and / or PDMS and their applications. Should work independently and under pressure. | | BSc or Diploma in Electrical Engg. with 8 to 15 years of relevant experience in preparation of Electrical one line diagram for Low Voltage, Medium Voltage for Substation & Plant works, MTO, DC Requisitions, detail drawings of power, lighting, grounding, area classification, instrument cable routing layouts, cable tray layout, cable & conduit sizing, panel board schedule with load calculations and overhead power line layout and schedule using Microstation / AutoCADD. Working experience in CAD-3D software like PDS and / or PDMS and their applications. Should work independently and under pressure. |
INSTRUMENTATION DESIGNERS | | CIVIL/STRUCTURAL DESIGNERS |
| B.Sc. or Diploma in Instrumentation Engg. with 8 to 15 years of relevant experience in preparing Instrument Loop & Interconnection Diagrams including Material Take-off and DC requisitions using Microstation / AutoCADD. In depth knowledge of all IN tools Engineering is an advantage. Working experience in CAD-3D software like PDS and / or PDMS and their applications. Should work independently and under pressure. | | B.Sc. or Diploma in Civil / Structural Engg. with 8 to 15 years of relevant experience in all types of infrastructure work such as roads, bridges, box culverts, surface drainage, sanitary sewer and oily sewer systems. Grading & paving for different types of large projects. Steel / concrete multi-story, buildings and other structures such as pipe racks, pipe bridges, roadway bridges, STP facilities and pumping stations and lift stations using Microstation / AutoCADD. Working experience in CAD-3D software like PDS and / or PDMS and their applications. Should work independently and under pressure. |
| All Design Engineers shall have B.S. degrees in their respective engineering disciplines with 10-15 years of relevant experiences. Hands-on experience in computer aided engineering with ability to interact with clients, vendors and contractors independently besides excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
