• Engineering (B. E or B. Tech) Graduates – 2009-10 passed out
• At least 70% or above of marks from Standard 10 onwards with no breaks
• Excellent communication skill
• Software Certification either on J2EE or .NET would be an added advantage
• Self-motivated person
• Shouldn't have taken test/interviews with Changepond Technologies in the last 6 months.
