Must have recent, solid, practical experience developing large C# applications current Microsoft MCAD or MCSD certification and desired but not required.  excellent analytical skills significant experience designing/developing complex software solutions BS or higher in Computer Science or related field lead developer or team lead on mid to large software development projects excellent communication skills - verbal, written experience designing / developing / implementing financial
