Position Summary: 

In order to use capacity management system that is being developed, a Queue Manager needs to built.  We have a monster database that has 2.5 billion records and that info needs to be passed to the capacity management system.  The Queue Manager will need the ability to call out to IBM web services. 

This will entail a large amounts of data being sent to web services that will require optimization going outside of SOAP and using JSON and RESTful web services.  

Technical Requirements: -Needs experience with the following

Visual Studio 2010

C#

.NET 4.0

Multithreading or Parallel Processing

Web Services - SOA
