Expert-level programming experience in C#, with minimum 7 years of experience demonstrating deep architectural skills

Minimum 3 years of experience with dynamic languages a plus

Minimum 3 years of experience with inversion of control containers

Some experience with the Managed Extensibility Framework desirable

Minimum of 5 years in planning and executing various forms of unit testing.  Should be an expert.

Minimum 3 years of experience with .NET memory management or performance tuning

Should be thoroughly familiar with common patterns in enterprise applications, e.g. service gateways, repositories
