        EXPERIENCE, CHARACTERISTICS & KEY SELECTION CRITERIA:   Total Experience : 3- 5 years   Qualification:   Educational / Professional Qualification (Preferable): BE / B Tech/ MCA/ B.Sc   Excellent Communication skills   Experience & Professional skill:   ·        At least 2 years of working experience in Lotus Notes client troubleshooting (preferably Version 7.01 and above)   ·        Basic knowledge of Domino Server is sufficient   ·        Good oral and written communication skills   ·        Enthusiastic and committed   ·        Confident self-starter, capable of innovation and lateral thinking   ·        Capable of operating in tight schedules   ·        Should be having Flexible approach   ·        CLS/CLP preferred.   Candidate should be willing to work in shifts including Night Shifts.   Additional Skills: ·        ITIL Certified.
