EXPERIENCE, CHARACTERISTICS & KEY SELECTION CRITERIA:

Qualification:

1. Degree (BS,BSc,BE or Equivalent) in Engineering, Science, Computing or other numerate faculty from a recognized institute.
2. Should have experience in professional courses covering all elements of the system Development Life cycle.
3. Should possess Project Management experience from Airlines/Airport Operations Domain

Experience & Professional skill:

1. Minimum 10 years of specialist technical experience, ideally within a project based IT environment, during which it should include IT project management (minimum 4 years), with a good experience to industry standard Project management and Development life cycle.
2. Change implementation planning and management, Systems Development Management, Project Management tools, Application support & Business analysis, People management
3. Experience in IT project management in a CMMI environment would be an added advantage.
4. Excellent and assertive communication and influencing / negotiating skills would be a pre-requisite.

 
QUALIFYING CRITERIA

1. Willing to travel to Dubai immediately upon joining CSC [18-24 Months]
2. Applications will not be accepted after 11-February-2011 COB hours IST.
