Experience:      2 to 8 years.

Required Skills:

For team leaders: Skilled in .Net technology and good in man management. Knowledge of software development life cycle. Experienced in introducing best practices in the projects, setting standards, developing program specifications 

For developers : Coding, Code review, Unit testing, Integration testing with strong proven track record in .NET 3.5, ASP.NET, C#, WCF, WPF, SQL Server 2008, OOP’s, component development, 3 tier architecture.
