Job Title: SQL Developer Job Description: · Design and implement logical and physical database modeling, and provide database-related solutions to application development team during new releases of the software application · Diagnose and troubleshoot the software application performance issues and execute performance tuning in database, T-SQL, server, and operating system levels · Plan and deploy enhancements to infrastructure to ensure and/or enhance security of the application · Analyze, develop and test of complex SQL script to meet the Project’s requirement · Installation, configuration and administration of Microsoft SQL Servers · Maintain and implement periodic maintenance policies and procedures for SQL administration process · Position will require both SQL Development and MS SQL Server administration. Position Requirements: · Bachelor's Degree required · 6 + years’ experience in SQL database development · Experience in MS SQL Server administration in a production environment · Strong database design and programming skills; Must have strong T-SQL programming skills · Knowledge of SQL Server 2008 a plus. · Knowledge of performance tuning using stored procedure – must. · Experience with SQL clustered environment · Ability to research on latest database technologies · Capable of managing responsibilities independently · Excellent time management and organizational skills · Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills Hours Must able to work as per the project needs in both US and India time zones
