Production Manager

Req. & Responsibilities:

 Minimum 5 plus years of work experience in any relative steel fabrication industries.  Good command in English  Should be a Mechanical or Automobile Engineer or any relative degree to steel fabrication  Ability to manage 400+ personnel, set workloads, schedules & meet deadlines and also to demonstrate Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) across the factory.  Must be good at Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) to plan the production well in advance to ensure uninterrupted supply of materials to avoid unnecessary layoffs.  Review work orders to make decisions regarding labor requirements and duty assignments considering budgetary limitations & time constraints.  Should delegate, co-ordinate and supervise works to multinational workforce with various jobs at the same time across different production lines of the facility.  Should conduct daily kick off meetings for early identification of shortcomings.  Review operations and confer with technical or administrative staffs to resolve production or processing problems & difficulties.  Track the production progress and report regularly to the review of the senior management.  Implement best practices of the industry to ensure optimum usage of workforce and reasonable reduction of man hours to increase the overall productivity.  Monitoring company’s product standards and implement quality product programs.  Ensure implementation of safety procedures across the shop floors
