EXPERIENCE, CHARACTERISTICS & KEY SELECTION CRITERIA: Total Relevant Experience:6-8 years Educational Qualification: BE/BTech./MCA - Full Time Only (Must have 60% and above in academics) Candidates possessing below mentioned skills & criteria would only be considered. MUST Have:

• Working and design experience on Window based application (Primary) and Web based application (Secondary). but candidate should be proficient in both technologies
• Working and design experience on Web Services (primary ) and WCF service (secondary), knowledge of WPF is additional advantage
• Architecture experience of atleast one project (if not full project ,atleast one module , or framework design exp of one project)
• Database design and development experience is required. (sql server 2005/2008)
• Visio, TFS, VSS experience is must .
• C# 2.0/3.5, ASP.net 2.0/3.5, ASP.net MVC 2.0/3.0 (additional), Windows service (must).
• Experience of using any MS application block  (Ent Lib/MEF/CAB).
• Expert in MVC and MVP design pattern and how to implement it using .Net technologies.
• Experience on any build tool and project estimations
