SDM/DGM/GM	Qualifications:	·      Thorough knowledge of Quality methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, etc
	·   Bachelors in Engineering or Commerce / CA / Post Graduate qualification preferable	·      Excellent client management skills
	·          Essential:  Six Sigma/Lean trained at a Black Belt or equivalent level	·      Ability to interact and work with a cross functional geographically dispersed team (onshore and offshore).
	·          Desired: Black Belt certification	·      Ability to handle change, drive and manage change
	Experience:	·      Strong project management skills and mentoring ability
	·          8+ Years with at least 4 years in a process improvement role	·      Excellent analytical skills	Chennai/Hyderabad
	·          Must have experience of leading large improvement projects/programmes.	·      Ability to build a process improvement culture, demonstrating flexibility and initiative in achieving the desired outcome
	·          Onshore consulting experience would be an advantage.
	·          Exposure to BFSI / Healthcare / Telecom / Retail / Manufacturing & Logistics segments will be preferred.
