Location:New York.  Technical Specs: Excellent PHP skills, with experience building out applications to handle 100,000+ monthly visitors Familiarity with Memcache and other database-optimization techniques Preferred: Interest/background in statistics and data mining Ability to develop front-end (CSS, jQuery, etc.) as well as back-end   Proficient in beer pong 

Non-technical Specs: Background in engineering (ECE, CS, etc.) from a top-end school Interested in working for a startup and the risk/reward therein
