Position: Network Administrator / Designer 

Duration: 3 – 6 months (Contract to hire) 

Location: PA Pittsburgh 

Description 

Ø  Network administrator responsible for the global network operation supporting approximately 1400 users. 

Ø  Evaluate, recommend, plan and deploy network services and technology for current and future business needs. 

Ø  Manage all LAN networking devices including: 

Ø  Datacenter and edge switches at all US  sites (assist with Asian sites), 

Ø  WIFI at all sites, 

Ø  QoS for VOIP sites. 

Ø  Facilitate WAN administration with 3rd party WAN management providers. 

Ø  Includes WAN configuration requirement determination, 

Ø  network based firewall requirements for Europe and Asia, 

Ø  assist 3rd parties with escalation in emergencies or outages. 

Ø  Manage remote access devices and services. 

Ø  Manage US firewalls. 

Ø  Manage and troubleshoot Polycom video conferencing implementation. 

Ø  Rollout to new sites in US & Asia. 

Ø  Manage Positioning spam/virus filtering.
