Java with -eCommerce Payment Gateway	4-6 years	Candidate should be able to derive technical specifications from the requirements. Should be responsible to design and development the components for the payment gateway application.   * Approx 4 - 5 years of experience in Java application development using MVC paradigm * Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience in using Hibernate, Spring framework and Web Services * Experience with usage and configuration of Apache/Tomcat/JBoss application servers * Experience with Oracle RDBMS, SQL * Experience with Unix/Linux operating system. Desirable Skills: Design Patterns, Payment Gateway  encryption/decryption
.Net architect	4-6 years	Ideal candidates would possess 5 to 8 years of experience on IT and is expected to play the role of a Technical Architect. Candidate with the right aptitude can be considered even if he/she has not worked in few of mandatory Technologies. Mandatory Good communication & analytical skills Ability to lead / guide / mentor developers Excellent OOPS and OOAD skills. Good understanding of Design Patterns and UML Good knowledge and experience in .Net framework. Should have excellent exposure to C#, ASP.net, WCF, WPF, Entity Framework Should have worked on Solution Architecture, Design Documents and reviews (design & code) Exposure to performance tuning applications & profiling tools Ability to recommend migration strategies from earlier .Net versions or hybrids Preferred Good in DB technical skills. Should have experience in MSSQL or Oracle. Capable of discussing with clients to understand requirements and create functional / technical specifications Flexible with working hours and willingness to work in Development and production support projects. Possibly long term onsite (close to 6-9 months)
.Net developer	4-6 years	Prior Upgrade experience from .Net 2.5 to 4.0 Exposure to Oracle Should be able to work on reengineering existing applications for adding new enhancements/features. Exposed to WCF, C#,
Java Project lead	8-10	8+ Years of Software Development Experience, Good experience with JAVA J2EE / Web Technologies. Able to Lead a group of developers/testers. Lead and /or provides expertise to functional and cross-functional project teams. Good experience in interface development, exposure to EAI technologies Effective communication skills (verbal/written/presentation). Willingness to work in a customer facing environment (high pressure on timely delivery) Excellent exposure to Core Java, Struts, Spring and Hibernate Will lead a migration engagement of multiple systems which will require version upgrades, platform migration etc. Should be able to propose solutions, fix issues. Excellent trouble shooting knowledge Experience in multiple technologies / SAP technologies is an advantage (optional) Should have worked on system migrations earlier (optional)
