Requirements for C#, C++: 2 Numbers(Senior)

·         C# (2.0/3.0/3.5/4.0), C++, OOPS and Design Patterns
·         Require 4-6 years related experience.
·         Hands on experience on  Winforms.
·         Very good hold on design patterns & architectural patterns.
·         Strong fundamentals in Core Programming, Object Oriented design.
·         Experience in developing reusable software components based on the design specifications.
·         Clear understanding of Software Development life cycle and process defined.
·         Experience in creating enhancing and executing unit tests using test driven approach.
·         Uses functional knowledge of applications to provide technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and resolving moderately complex development problems.
·         Capability to work independently with clients to establish and maintain a consistent development methodology.
·         Ability to work closely in a team environment is highly recommended.
·         The ideal candidate for this position will have a very strong understanding of software development focusing on delivering a software product with high code quality.
·         Pro-active problem solving attitude.
·         Strong written and communication skills.
·         Good understanding of 3GPP & 3GPP2 Specs (LTE/CDMA) will be an added advantage (Bonus)

·         Candidate must have 3-5 years’ experience in the following areas:
·         At least 2 years Android application development
·         In depth knowledge in Android SDK and Linux kernel
·         Prior Java experience is a must

Requirements for Blackberry & Android Developer: 1 Number(Junior)

·         Candidate must have 2-3 years’ experience in the following areas:
·         At least 1 year of Android application development and 1 year of BlackBerry application development
·         In depth knowledge in Android SDK and Linux kernel
·         Prior Java experience is a must

Requirements for WPF/C# developer: 1 Number(Senior)

·         Candidate must have 3-6 years’ experience in the following areas:
·         Candidate must be proficient in C# development
·         Must have at least 2 years or more in WPF application development
·         Silverlight is an added advantage

Requirements for WPF/C# developer: 1 Number(Junior)

Requirements for C# server developer: 1 Number

·         Candidate must have 3-5 years’ experience in the following areas:

·         Must be familiar with TCP/IP  protocols and technologies.
·         Must be familiar with SSL socket programming
·         Must have hands on experience in developing multi-tier client/server solutions.

Requirements for iPhone/MAC: 1 Number

·         Overall experience should be above 5 years.
·         iPhone application development.
·         MAC OS X application development.
·         Must have working experience in network protocols and data communication.
·         In-depth knowledge of network protocols such as TCP, UDP, ICMP, IP, etc.
·         Optional - Working knowledge of cryptography algorithms such as AES, RSA, D-H, MD5/SHA, etc
·         Optional - Familiarity with OMA device management protocols.
