Senior Software Engineer - MUM01327

Profile Requirements:

·         Incident management, application support, banking application support, Level 2 support

·         Knowledge of SQL scripting is required, hands-on experience is a plus but not mandatory

·         Prior experience in Level 2 application support role is a must

·         Willingness to work in night shifts/rotational shifts/on-call support

·         Experience: 1 – 4 yrs

Additional Information:

·         Shift Type (Rotational Shifts/Fixed): Rotational
·         Process Timings: 5.30PM to 2.30AM, 9.30PM to 6.30AM & 10.30PM to 7.30AM
·         Weekends Off (Y/N):Y (On call support)
