Experience: 3 - 8 Years of experience in an Information Technology establishment or equivalent exposure in any other setup.

Web Technologies: Java/ J2EE

Frameworks: Struts, spring, Hibernate, EJB, Swing, JSF, JSP, Design patterns, Web services, Flex (Any of the above combination)

Should have strong experience in analysis and design, requirements gathering, preparing design documents and participation in reviews

• Client interfacing experience
