· Exposure in delivering solutions on MS CRM
· Requirement gathering, creating functional specification, authoring business & technical documents, user manuals, data analysis, supporting UAT and assisting with preparation, execution and co-ordination of system rollouts
· Ability to review and sign-off, and create System Test scripts and training material
· Prior experience in maintaining quality and timelines
Essential skills: Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) and a demonstrated ability to work in a team
Desirable skills: Dynamics CRM 2011 knowledge / experience will be an advantage
