Requirement No - 1  

 

Position: - Graphic Designer.  

 

Educational Qualification: - Any Graduate.

 

Experience:- 3-5 yrs

 

• Experience on working with Adobe Flash, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sound Forge, rapid eLearning development cycle and audio integration in the learning courses
• Exposure to the rapid eLearning tools like Adobe Captivate, Presenter, Articulate
• Basic knowledge of Flash ActionScript, HTML, XML, CSS, Adobe Dreamweaver
• Familiarity with eLearning development process and standards is essential
• Familiarity of working in LCMS environment is desirable
• Good written and verbal communication skills are essential.

 

Requirement No - 2  

 

Position:- Jr. Instructional Designer( Fresher )

 

Educational Qualification:- BA/MA( English )

 

Experience:- Fresher ( 2010 or 2011 passout )

 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills – mandatory

 

Note: - The candidates will be confirmed on successful completion of 2 months of intensive training in instructional design.

 

 

Requirement No - 3  

 

Position:- Sr. Instructional Designer/Instructional designer

 

Educational Qualification: - Any Graduate with experience in instructional designing.

 

Experience:- 1 - 7 yrs

 

• Experience as Instructional Designer, developing high level design and storyboards for eLearning courses
• Sound knowledge of instructional design theories and adult learning principles
• Familiarity with eLearning  development process and standards
• Knowledge of eLearning authoring tools (eg. Flash, Captivate, Articulate) and any one LCMS
• Exposure to working with ERP/SAP is desirable though not essential
• Familiarity of working in LCMS environment is desirable
