HCL Malaysia is looking for Release PMO Lead - will play a key role in providing Programme/Project Management Process consultancy services to Release Lead and project manager(s) by ensuring the defined standard and processes are following throughout the release.

Job Description
The RPL will be the single point of reference for programme/central PMO in the releases: These responsibilities include:
* To provide advice and support to release lead and project manager on following process area:
* PPMP/SDLC process & Tool(s)
* To institutionalize the PPMP/SDLC processes to all stakeholders in releases and ensuring releases is adopting & comply with the defined process and tool(s)
* Quality Assurance
* to support releases on the Quality Assurance process for ensuring internal/external audit findings are being addressed within agreed timeframe and the quality of the deliverable/work-products are meeting/exceeding defined quality standard.
* Risk & Issue
* To support releases on the Risk & Issue Management process for ensuring all risk & issue are being documented, qualified and quantified thru the defined process.
* Change Request(CR)
* To support releases on the CR process for ensuring all CR are being documented, qualified and quantified thru the defined CR process
* Inter-dependency
* To ensure all inter-dependencies activities/milestones are being identified at releases and programme level.
* Workforce Planning
* To support releases on the workforce planning process - resource plan, forecasting, utilization, on/off boarding.
* Finance Management
* To support releases on the Finance Management process - Invoicing/Billing, forecasting.
Experience Required:
The RPL is expected to exhibit the following skills/abilities:
* In-dept Knowledge and experience in PMO and Project Management.
* Ability to manage and resolve issues in a highly-matrix environment.
* Ability to establish daily and weekly priorities.
* Demonstrated deep analysis and follow-through skills.
* Strong ability to multi-task and manage varying priorities.
* Demonstrated commitment to identifying and communicating innovative ideas to improve processes and performance in PMO.
* Ability to proactively seek problem resolutions while working in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
* Banking Experience: more than 10 years of Practical experience in managing local/regional large programme in banking environment and managing multiple teams(include virtual team/different System Integrator).
* Communications skills; Excellent spoken, written and verbal communication and presentation in English
