Description

The role of the software engineer is to work closely with business analysts, and team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions. Also, hi is to participate in the full systems life cycle with solution design, development, implementation, and production support.


Job Requirements & Responsibilities

• To be involved in system analysis, design, coding and testing. Handle change requests and provide quick and efficient solutions . Analyze business requirements and transform them into technical solutions. Implement the design to develop and test the functional requirements . Source code maintenance . Proactively provide ideas and solutions towards the improvement of the site and the business.
• Interact with business analysis consultants to understand the business requirements . Provide effort estimates and prioritize tasks . Provide timely functional releases so as to meet fast changing business requirements .

Qualifications

• With experience in ASP.NET or .NET development using C# programming language & Microsoft Visual Studio
• Database knowledge with SQL Server 2005/2008 database administration and stored procedures . Knowledge in Microsoft SQL Reporting services would be an added advantages.
• Web Services and XML . CSS & DHTML development knowledge
• Knowledge of latest web technologies is preferred, as is a genuine interest and passion for the web technologies.
• Strong interpersonal skills to coach and mentor other team members including business and quality analysts.
• Ability to work within a dynamic environment highly dependent on operational efficiencies
