One of our largest clients in San Diego is seeking 2 Lead Web methods Developers in San Diego. Candidates must have at least 8 years of experience with Web methods. Contract is 6 months + (could be 1.5 years).

 Reason for Opening: Our client needs additional web Methods resources to assist with projects. They need to start ASAP.

 

Title: web Methods Developer

 

Interview Process: Phone interview

 

Project Description/Duties : This position will provide technical leadership for projects developed on the web Methods platform. Below are some additional items:

 

• Provide high-level architectural guidance regarding web Methods-related topics, including how to properly leverage web Methods technology on projects both large and small.

•  Provide high-level (50%) and more detailed (80%) estimates at the request of our constituents in the "business" and within ISSA.  

•  Assist with the identification and resolution of significant web Methods-related issues.
• Act as an extension of the Platform & Solution Architecture teams, ensuring that team members (consultants and employees) are using SEL's web Methods technology properly. 

Top 3 Skill Sets: web Methods, technical lead, SOA

 

Must haves:

 

·         8 or more years web Methods development.

·         3 or more years in a lead role.

·         Thorough understanding of the web Methods platform, servers, and configurations

·         Thorough understanding of SOA, ESB, XML, SOAP, and relevant communication   protocols

·         Superior written and verbal communication skills

·         Ability to manage a team of onshore and offshore resources ranging in size from 1-20 developers and analysts
