Mandatory Skill Set:
1) Min 7 yrs Microsoft .NET (language doesn't matter)
2) Min 7 yrs Microsoft SQL Programming (T-SQL)
3) Min 3 yrs Object oriented programming experience
4) Min 5 years of general programming experience
5) Some experience as a project lead, getting business requirements and turning that into an application or a technical specification
Added Advantage for the below skills:
1) Java development experience
2) Web development & Client Server software
3) Full project life cycle experience
Qualification:
Any graduate in BCA/B.Sc (CS)/ MCA
