Our client, a major investment bank, is looking for a Senior Java Developer in Jersey City, NJ for a long term consulting position. 

They will be focusing more on the front end development, but still doing multithreaded core java as well as using spring. 

- Core Java, Multithreading 

-Web development and strong experience with design patterns 

-Spring -they use AOP heavily IOC is a nice to have 

- Oracle 

- Ext JS / GWT / GXT 

-for user interface, any rich internet app development is a plus 

- Distributed caching (Gigaspace) -plus 

- Hibernate 

- some experience but this can be light since most of the hibernate is on the server side and already implemented 8-10 year of experience- should be self directed, team player, able to work under pressure Good communication skills Capital markets understanding is a big plus
