Please find below a brief Job Description for Sr. Oracle DBA Position.

Thorough knowledge of Oracle RDBMS 10gR2, 11gR1 and  11gR2 environments.
Strong troubleshooting skills within and outside database environment.
7+ years in Database Administration/support in Oracle RDBMS 9i/10gR2/11gR1/11gR2 in 24x7 production environment.
Minimum 2 years of parallel experience in setting up and maintaining production Oracle RAC 10gR2 & 11gR1/R2.
Strong Database and RAC implementations experience and troubleshooting skills in mission critical Environment.
Setting up and maintaining Data Guard on 10gR2 &11gR1/R2 environment.
Strong knowledge of Oracle Database/ SQL Tuning and using AWR & such tools.
Demonstrated, in-depth knowledge of database internals and data structures
Strong knowledge of SQL/SQL*Plus and strong understanding of PL/SQL and stored procedures/pkgs.
Strong Knowledge of Database Backup and recovery using RMAN and logical backups.
Strong Knowledge of OEM /Oracle Grid for 10g/11g.
Good knowledge of Unix shell or Perl scripting languages.
Quick Learner and strong listening skills.
Strong communication skills and customer-support focused attitude
