Required Skill : Windows Server Administration, level 2 Role & Responsibilities He should have demonstrated and used the following skills: - Good working knowledge in Windows platforms and Basics in networking. - Good working knowledge in administering and migrating file and print servers. - Exposure to ITIL process - Should be able to coordinate with onsite resources for the service delivery - Customer service orientation and ability to work in a team - Vendor Management - Excellent Soft skill, Communications skills(Voice & Email) to handle global customers - Ability to perform in adverse situations - Good knowledge in Backup and Restore Technical Skills Required - Expert in windows 2003/2008 servers Installing and trouble shooting - Handling HP/Dell server hardware - Good Knowledge of Proxy, DHCP, WINS, DNS, SMS, MS Active Directory and Patch management. - Install, Support and troubleshoot File and Print servers problems - Expertise in troubleshooting hardware and operating system related issues. - Expertise in troubleshooting DNS and DHCP issue. - Basic working Knowledge of Clusters. - Expertise in installing, configuring and troubleshooting printer and print related issues. - Should have familiarity with the incident management and change management - Windows Server Administration, Windows active directory. - Knowledge of other operating systems - Basic Networking skills - Documentation skills. - Exceptional listening and communication skills (verbal and written) 4. Work Experience : 2-5 years
