The ideal candidate should have: ·                 3-6 years of experience in DOTNET, C, C++. ·                 Good understanding on SDLC processes. ·                 Hands on experience in Configuration Management tools and Defect Tracking tools. ·                 Worked in client engagements on software delivery as technical leads. ·                 Passion for mentoring and training .
