DOT NET - Technical Manager / Architect - HCL - Chennai

We have an immediate requirement for the .Net - Technical Manager who had good technical expertise in .Net, ASP.Net, WCF, WPF, Silverlight and UML.

 Work location - Chennai 

Exp: 8 to 12 yrs 

F2F Interview (both TP1 & TP2 Interview) on - 8th Dec 2012 (Saturday) 

Job Description: 

Technical Manager Roles -Maintain high quality of deliverables and high scores on CSAT 

- Come up with strategies of improvement 

-Should be a thought leader in technical domain & should have solution mindset 

-Propose/Review System/Solution Architecture & Designs 

- Prepare/Review work estimates/schedule for Technical work products 

- Review Code and suggest improvements in various perspectives (coding, design, performance etc) 

- Guide teams to take up new technologies/tools/frameworks to improve productivity and innovation. 

 Required Experience: 

- Experience in designing/deploying robust web applications using the .Net framework and associated tools/technologies 

- adept at solving problems and providing technical and project level leadership to the team 

- Prior experience in working on proposals would be a plus 

Skills: - .Net Windows/Web Forms (ASP.Net) - WCF, WPF, WWF - Enterprise Application Blocks - OOAD, UML (using Design tools) - excellent communicator 

 - verbal & written - team player 

- positive attitude and can do attitude 

- should be able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.
