EMPLOYEE REFERRAL program

Objective
This policy aims to bring candidates with the requisite qualification and skills to our organization. Upon the successful placement of the referred candidate, the employee will receive a referral award.
Eligibility
All employees may refer candidates. All candidates referred should be legally eligible to work in the United States.
Method
The rewards for each position are categorized based on the positions as mentioned below. Please check HCL website for details of these positions. The employee will be rewarded after the referred candidate completes the introductory period specified by the company. Employees may at any time refer candidates known to them through their social/professional contacts. The resumes should be forwarded to the Hiring Coordinator. The referred candidate will then go through our normal recruitment and selection process currently practiced.
If a candidate referred by the Employee is selected, they will have to fill and sign a referral form and attach the resume of the referred candidate. The employee will then have to submit these documents to the Hiring Coordinator for processing of the payment.
