1. Strong Java /J2EE architect with
Design capabilities
Solution Architecture with proposals for problem statement,
2. Expert knowledge in
web technologies like HTML 4/5, JS,JSP,JSTL, CSS3,DOJO,JQuery,
web frameworks like struts 1.x/2.x, Spring MVC, spring Web flow,
ORM frameworks like hibernate,toplink,EJB3,JPA
Java/J2ee design patterns, Integration patterns
Application frameworks like spring (Spring IOC, Spring-WS, Spring-Batch, Spring-Integration)
Integration technologies like JMS,MQ,JAX-WS,JAX-RPC
Application servers like IBM Web sphere, Web Logic
IDE like IBM RAD, Eclipse, Net beans
Oracle 10g / DB2 / Sql Server 2005/8
3. Consulting skills to work with clients to provide efficient solution based on the business need


Nice to have:

1. Exposure to
various Estimation techniques like UCP,FP and complexity point
various project Management methodology like SCRUM and Waterfall
UML Design
ESB products like IBM WMB, Web sphere process server, Mule
Rule engine frameworks like Jdrools, IBM ilog
BPM products like JBPM, BPEL ,Process server
