It hosts 03 distinct verticals:

Operations & Technology Units – Houses staff providing governance and oversight over O&T suppliers, in-house application development, Supplier Risk Management, etc.

Knowledge Processing Centers – Supporting ICG, Consumer and Global Functions with Research, Advanced Analytics, Decision Management, Risk Analytics, Financial Reporting, Financial Planning & Analysis, etc.

Shared Services Functions - providing services such as Citi Employee Services.

Eligibility:

- 2010/11 batch BTech CS/IT
  OR
  2010/11 batch BTech + MTech (Integrated) Computer Science OR
  2010/11 batch MTech Computer Science, BTech any discipline

- Good academics

- 9 to 24 months of experience in C++ or .NET

- Must be from IITs, NITs, IIITs, BITS Pilani, ISM Dhanbad, NSIT, DCE Delhi and equivalent colleges
Job Description:

- Application development, enhancement and support of business driven applications
- Incorporate latest technologies and trends in programming, software architecture, messaging etc. in Citi products
- Work in a very dynamic environment, in multiple projects, and deliver under tight deadlines    
- Act as owner of assigned tasks / systems / products
