- operational and Design& Build support to the Clients, automated alerts and reports
- track all reported or discovered problems, and resolve or escalate in accordance with the severity levels and procedures described herein.
- implement infrastructure management, maintenance and upgrade projects as requested.
For example: DBMS software upgrades, administrative tooling upgrades, rollout new standards, generate infrastructure management reports, etc. - adhere to specified processes & procedures (e.g. call handling guidelines, escalation process, change management, problem management, technical support activities, etc.).
- initiate prompt discussion with the Operations Team Leader, Service Manager on an as needs basis with to resolve any issues, problems or concerns
- ensure all user problems and work requests are appropriately logged, tracked and closed in the problem tracking system (ITSM/Maximo)
