Opening for Java Developer @ CIBER

Walkin Interview on 19th January from 10 AM

For our Chennai Operations Ciber, Bangalore is conducting a walkin for Strong Developers with focus on productivity, high-quality, problem solving skills, coding practices, adherence to standards and processes:

- Translates logical design into physical program specifications
- Develops and integrates IT solutions (e.g. application module code, purchased package customization) by using appropriate development methodologies and standards, applying standard architectures/patterns, taking into account critical performance characteristics, security measures and customer requirements
- Collaborates with System Designer/Analysts, Architects and Senior Developers to establish the physical application framework (e.g. libraries, reuse modules, development environments)
- Develops and executes unit test plans to validate that application modules meet technical specifications
- Participates in technical inspections at appropriate stages of development
- Creates production support documentation
- Works with Operations Analysts, System Designer/Analysts and other developers to prepare and stage production builds, and verify production releases meet technical and business expectations
- Performs data migration/conversion activities
- Helps coordinate test activities with the project team and participates in integration and certification testing
- Translates requirements and functional specifications into test cases, ensuring that test cases cover all testable business requirements and application layers (e.g. presentation, application and backend)
