Job code 129839 Desired Candidate Profile We would like to meet BCA & B.Sc. candidates who have graduated in year 2012 (with specialization in Electronics / Computer Science / Information Technology / Information Science / Mathematics) with some exposure/knowledge in the following:  ·          Basic C or C++ knowledge Ideal Candidates should have good communication, problem solving and analytical skills Job Description ·          Analyze product information - product log files and over WebEx ·          Identify the issue and propose a solution or workaround ·          Provide root cause analysis of the issue and steps to prevent from reoccurrence ·          Connect with team as required to resolve customer issues ·          Resources would be expected to work on weekends and shift on rotation Job / Interview Location Mumbai, Maharashtra Qualification & Criteria ·          Only 2012 BCA & B.Sc.(Electronics / Computer Science / Information Technology / Information Science / Mathematics) graduates are eligible to apply ·          Selected candidates must be willing to sign Service Agreement for two years as per the company policy                                                           ·          Candidates should be willing to work in any shifts on rotation including night shift.
