Skills:

• knowledge on network, voice, server and desktop management, etc
• proficiency in using six sigma tools
• experience in supporting technical teams and IT
• individual must be a self-starter, requiring minimal supervision, result focused (maintain high quality and aggressiveness of delivery)
• must be extremely detail oriented with ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the company employee base
• excellent verbal and written English language proficiency in business presentations, correspondence, documentation and other communication mediums
• good change management skills
• requires strong knowledge technology support tools, technology offerings, spreadsheet and presentation software tools (MS PowerPoint / Excel / Word /Visio /Advanced user)
