Job Description	Desired Candidate Profile   Technology Architecture   ·         Technology architecting for the solutions from the aspects of configurability, scalability, multi-tenancy, monitoring/metering capability as well as robust audit trails. ·         Ability to industrialize iTOPS based Solutions through strong collaboration with Sales, Delivery, Marketing and Consulting.    Program Management   ·         Experienced Program Management to ensure stakeholder input and effectiveness, drive governance at all levels required, and manage Solutions through the iSDF process steps. ·         Effective relationship management experience to ensure participation and collaboration with various stakeholders in the organization including but not restricted to iGATE, Alliances and Ex Com. ·         Proven ability to run a team/ group of Delivery, Process and Technical staff in the development of iTOPS based Solutions.   Business Process Knowledge   ·         Conceptual understanding of business analytics and business case development ·         Business process knowledge at the mega and major process levels in order to understand process modeling and re-engineering/optimization, analytics/outcomes using techniques such as BPR, DFSS, Lean and 6-Sigma.
