Skill Set
Mandatory:
·         12 months of People Manager experience
·         adherence to the SLA's – productivity, turn-around-time, accuracy, case ageing and capacity utilization
·         develop E2E knowledge on Check Processing and Day 1 and Day 2 Image Operations
·         engage in improving processes through reengineering, system checks, process automation
·         review daily key operational variables and LOB routines
·         develop back up and contingency plans and act as a change agent
·         provide implementation assistance as and when the need arises
·         provide subject matter expertise on processes by Case Processing and perform QC
·         update Manager on process, people, business issues on daily basis
·         demonstrate strong People Management skills
·         provide process problem resolution assistance to teams via scheduled one-on-ones and coaching sessions and assess performance of Team Members and conduct performance appraisals
·         hold regular team meetings with team to ensure that there is constant flow of information and knowledge dissemination
·         assist new hires such that they are productive on the floor in the shortest possible time frame
·         assess training needs, provide training opportunities and train new hires and existing staff
·         appropriately use Rewards and Recognition to energize to motivate the team
·         handle all logistics related issues: roster management, shift rotations
·         mange leave planning, compensatory offs and unscheduled leave
·         initiating disciplinary procedure in conjunction with HR and Reporting Manager
·         proficiency in Excel, Word and MS Access
Experience
5 to 8 years
Profile Description
·         self-motivated and quick-learner who can take the full ownership of task and complete it
·         understand stakeholder's expectations and objectives
·         work independently with less oversight/assistance
·         reviewing requirements specifications and other documents received from the stateside
·         good communication skills in order to interact with internal stakeholder
·         banking domain experience (preferable)
·         willingness to work in US time zone
