1. Job Requirement for Microsoft BI analyst

· Minimum 6+ years in Experience Microsoft BI

· SSIS – End-to-End package design to perform ETL from huge data sources and various transformations using Lookup, Merge Join, Script Component, Union All, Data Conversion and Derived Columns

· SSAS – Design Fact, Dimension tables, Partitions, Attributes, Hierarchies, Drill Throughs and KPIs

· SSRS – Define Tablix, Matrix, Datasets, Parameters, Drill down/Drill through work flow of reports and rendering

· ETL – DTS, SSIS Packages, Talend ETL Tool, BCP, Bulk Insert and Text copy

· LogiXML ,QlikView

· Redesign the ETL Packages for Incremental Load

· Organize multiple data sources in control flow to loop through the data flow with automation

· Create OLAP Cube Partitions for faster process time

· Tune Aggregations for better cube performance

· Implement KPIs and Drill Through Actions

· Design SSIS Packages – Task level workflow

· Design SSRS Reports and Work Flow between Drill down and Drill through reports

· Development of SSRS reports using OLAP cubes and SQL Queries as backend

· Integration of SSRS reports into the website and share point.

2. Job requirement for a Senior network engineer.

Specific Responsibilities include:

• Supporting routers, switches and firewalls
• Support firewall, VPN and auditing systems, including administration and interoperability of multiple different firewall and VPN technologies.
• Support for all network and security related issues.
• Understanding of vulnerability analysis, network defense, and auditing processes.
• Monitor network using Network Management tools

• 8 + years of experience in IT industry
• Familiar with Microsoft technology
• Must have experience with Cisco network equipment, switch, router,..
• In depth understanding of AD, WINS, DNS and DHCP
• MS Exchange and Active Directory support
• Strong network troubleshooting skills
• SAN and Virtualization knowledge
• Certifications such as MCSE, MCITP, MCSA, MCP
• Clear understanding of Enterprise security policies
• Experience with Linux or UNIX administration
