Exp-4-6 yrs
Excellent communication skills and must have client interaction experience.
Knowledge of SDLC process is desirable.
Skills : .NET 2/3.5, C#, ASP .NET, SQL Server 2005/2008, MS Test, WCF, WPF, MVP architecture, Fx Cop

.Net Lead
Exp-6-8 yrs
More than 4 years of experience with minimum 2 years of experience as Technical Lead. Excellent communication skills and must have client interaction experience.
Should be flexible and should be able a Lead a team of more than 10 resources.
Knowledge of SDLC process is desirable.
