Job Description:

·         4-10 Years of IT experience in developing applications in Java/J2EE especially with Java web service development, with at least 2-3 years in Tech Lead role
·         Expertise in Hibernate , Juice & REST web services.
·         Strong knowledge and work experience in design and development of Web services using Java
·         Work experience as Tech Lead/designer is required. Should have experience doing design/code reviews and mentoring junior resources. Candidate should have some management/tracking skill as well, and should be able to communicate to client technical team members.
·         Good knowledge & experience in J2EE design patterns
·         Development experience in Hibernate and strong knowledge in OR mapping concepts
·         Exposure to Service oriented architecture and server side SOAP/REST Web services and XML
·         Experience in Test Driven development and unit testing framework such as JUnit
·         Exposure to mocking frameworks like PowerMock/JMockit will be plus.
·         Exposure to IBM development tools such as RSA and knowledge about WebSphere server
·         Strong understanding of database fundamentals and expertise in writing Stored procedures and SQL queries.
·         Exposure to Dependency Injection frameworks like GUICE will be a plus.
·         Experience with all aspects of Software development life cycle
·         Good communication skills, and analytical skills
·         Knowledge in software development methodologies like Agile/Scrum
·         Retail/transportation domain experience will be a plus
·         Excellent Communication Skills, Ability to work independently on applications.
