Job Description	Desired Candidate Profile   ·         Require strong technical skills with mainframe technologies -COBOL, DB2, ·         Should have managed fixed price (must), T&M and agile based projects ·         Handle project with 40+ resources work on different technologies (Mainframes/Java/VB, etc) ·         Very good project management skills such as planning, good handle on estimation techniques , risk management, good hold on metric report, root cause analysis, ·         Should have worked on project management tools & experienced in project proposal creation ·         Excellent communication skills, negotiation abilities, team building skills. ·         Insurance domain knowledge is preferred.   Job Description   ·         Responsible for handling fixed price project. ·         Should work on COBOL, DB2, and Java. ·         Responsible for project planning, execution and delivery within deadlines. ·         Responsible for Team Handling and scalability.
