3) High level knowledge on IT infrastructure/environment (server &
network side) like Operating System, Databases, Storage, Backup &
Recovery, Disaster Recovery mgmt, Middleware, VMWare, Citrix, general
applications like SAP etc..
4) 24x7 rotational shift
