NEED a Consultant with Property and Casualty insurance industry Background...Please Dont submit the resume if they dont have Property and Casualty insurance industry back ground

· Strong ETL and Report development skills using T-SQL Stored Procedures, SSRS, and SSIS

· Strong data analysis skills

· Strong troubleshooting ability

· Ability to work independently

· Working knowledge of source control and related processes (SVN)

· Working knowledge of Agile or Iterative development processes

· Advanced analysis and design techniques to evaluate and resolve complex business problems.

· Ability to handle multiple projects and assignments concurrently while maintaining high levels of quality and effectiveness

· Effective facilitator of technical decisions. Comfortable with working through ambiguous initiatives to develop effective solutions

· Ability to work with business analysts and SMEs to refine detailed requirements.

· Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate information to customers and to all levels within the organization

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

· Experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2012 product suite

· Agile Project Methodology experience

· Microsoft SharePoint Online

· Property and Casualty insurance industry knowledge

· Guidewire Insurance Suite experience
