Situation Manager 570108 Bangalore	o    Monitor the processing of Priority Level One and Two Incidents between the Service Desk and Performing Suppliers to measure resolution of incidents within required time frames. o    Utilize an Incident Management tool to record priority one or two incidents and dispatch to the appropriate resolver groups. o    Define standard severity levels to be invoked based on a set of criteria, prioritizing critical applications, software, and equipment such that they are treated with the agreed priority. o    Determine correct routing for Incidents escalated by Service Desk where no Performing Supplier will accept responsibility for the Incident and notify Service Desk accordingly. o    Be the escalation point for the Service Desk for all Priority Level One and Two Incidents that exceed or are expected to exceed their target resolution times
