Position: Sr. Business Systems Analyst
Location: Portland, OR
Duration: 12 Months (Contract/ contract to hire/ Perm (Fulltime)
No. of Position: Three
Job Description:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or other relevant subject area; 2 years additional experience in lieu of a degree.
6-10 years of professional experience in functional analysis
Experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, XP, etc), authoring user stories and acceptance criteria (3+ yrs)
Proven leadership abilities
Ability to innovate and possess creative thinking
Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate business functionality and opportunities into clear, precise and easy-to-read functional specifications
Experience with data analysis, data migration and integration, reporting, and/or financial applications
Ability to quickly understand and process new information and concepts
Strong verbal and written communication skills along with the ability to independently and successfully lead and/or facilitate discussions with key business and technical stakeholders.
Outstanding negotiation, facilitation, and consensus building skills
Ability to work with others to promote teamwork necessary to reach common goals
Strong ability to adapt to changing needs, competing priorities, evolving processes, and ambiguity
Works independently, receives minimal guidance
