Software Engineer position for Bangalore location

We have Software Engineer position for Bangalore location.

Exp: 2.5 to 4 Years.

JD . 1. Software Engineer with experience in delivery of projects - specifically Open Systems (MS and related technologies)
2. Willingness and understanding of working on other platforms - specifically related to RFID technologies integration with software programs as per client needs
3. Experience (or willingness) to be able to integrate inter operable systems with fast track timelines
4. Should be a self-starter - this is a startup business and will require dedicated effort on new technologies, new solution ideas and communication with prospects and customers
5. Willingness to travel is a must as the implementations will be across the country

1. Very good communication skills - written and verbal
2. Strong analytical capability required as solutions willl need to be conceptualized for given business problems
3. Self motivated business oriented technology professional needed

The Engineer will be trained on Neology products and integration and will require to provide strong technical support to projects - pilots as well as live implementations. The engineer's main task will be to integrate the RFID equipment with the software solution that is being built for the customer. As such - there will be constant learning required.

We are looking for 2.5-4 yrs experience candidate who can work under the sun and do implementations across country
Should have good knowledge of RFID Equipment's and how to integrate them with the software's
