Job description:
This position involves both development and leadership roles.
You should collaborate and lead in the design and development of systems, tools, and processes that support the creation and delivery of application features.
Your work will have major impact on both project completion and team direction and will be used by almost every fresher graduating in India each year, year after year.
Responsibilities:
Lead by example in the creation of engineered, general solutions for business goals through analysis, experimentation, and design.
Work with other engineers to establish team-wide practices and procedures, and work with individuals and component teams to teach, encourage, and review both implementation and overall code quality.
Ongoing research and evaluation of innovations and for bringing new ideas and practices to the team in ways that support adoption.
