Knowledge on Various cerification process like GCF, CDG etc.

3) Multimedia/Framework experts
Android Multimedia Framework expertise(Gstreamer, OMX etc)
Strong knowledge of Audio and Video Codecs.
Working knowledge in Mobile multimedia subsystems
Linux system and user space programming
Experts in C/C++/ARM ASM
Excellent analytical and debugging skills
